Paschal Memorial Funeral Home of 181 North Church Street, Jeffersonville, GA  announces funeral services for Mr. Arbass F. Rasul, affectionately known as Rambo, age 77, of Union City, GA, and also a native of Jeffersonville, who was called into eternal rest on Monday, April 13, 2026.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 23, 2026 in the Committal Chapel at Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 2617 Vinson Highway, Milledgeville, GA at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow in the Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery.

Public viewing will be held Wednesday in the A.B. Thorpe Memorial Chapel of Paschal Memorial Funeral Home from 1pm - 6pm. The family will receive visitors from 6pm - 7pm at Paschal Memorial.
